Do you love numbers and want to make a difference?  My client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to Prospect, Research and Donor Strategy to support our ambitious Capital Campaign. This role is essential in identifying and analyzing potential donors, developing fundraising strategies through data, and providing key insights to drive philanthropic engagement. The Coordinator will work closely with development leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making in fundraising efforts, focusing on prospect research, wealth screening, and donor pipeline development.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on individuals, foundations, and corporations to identify new prospects and enhance donor engagement strategies.
• Analyze donor capacity, philanthropic history, and giving patterns to support cultivation and solicitation efforts.
• Maintain and enhance prospect tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor intelligence.
• Develop briefings, profiles, and strategic recommendations for leadership and frontline fundraisers.
• Support the implementation of donor engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and maximize fundraising opportunities.
• Assist in campaign planning, data analysis, and performance reporting for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with fundraising, marketing, and communications teams to align research with engagement efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, wealth indicators, and best practices in prospect research and donor cultivation.
