Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assessing their equipment rental needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, walk-in inquiries, and online requests to maximize rental opportunities.
- Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for equipment dispatch, deliveries, and returns to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, inventory availability, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on sales strategies, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with outside sales, operations, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and improve service levels.
- Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer engagement in all interactions.
- Leverage effective administrative and computer skills to process rental orders, track equipment usage, and manage customer accounts.
