In this role, you'll manage return goods, process credits, and support both internal and external customers. Responsibilities

• Process and track return goods requests, including gathering purchase order details, item numbers, and shipment discrepancies (shortages, overages, or missed shipments).
• Educate customers on the return goods process and provide timely follow-ups via email and phone.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Quality Control, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, to ensure accurate processing of credit memos, invoices, and re-shipments.
• Collaborate with the Logistics and Shipping teams to resolve shipment-related discrepancies.
• Advocate for customer needs while aligning with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support returns and credit transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher education beyond a high school diploma.
• 1-3 years of customer service or order entry experience.
• Experience working with an ERP system (JD Edwards preferred).
