We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure material availability and optimal workflow.
• Monitor work orders and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or production constraints.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials and components are available for production.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks that impact production schedules.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes and integrate new technologies.
