Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF)
- Ensure adherence to the Data Management Policy and Data Standards (Capture, Incident Management, External Data Transmission, and USE), attesting to GTMO compliance annually.
- Collaborate with Single Process Inventory (SPI) Leads on Data Standard Adherence, Data Transmission Registrations, and Risk/Controls for GTMO SPI. Deliver quarterly Data Assessment Resolution Tracking (DART) training to GTMO Global Business Partners and ensure compliance with SLA metrics.
- Monitor and renew Data Transmission Registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with creating new registrations as needed
- Develop clear business communications and implement data procedures for GTMO Data Governance.
- Present key messages, recommendations, and insights to Senior Leaders and Business Partners
- Escalate issues, incidents past key milestones, or technology funding needs to leadership
- Participate in Data Governance and Incident Management meetings.
