Responsibilities
- Data Management: Perform data entry for contracts, transfers, cancellations, and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Service & Communication: Handle phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent support to customers and dealers.
- Account & Record Maintenance: Manage dealer accounts, contract files, and financial reconciliations, ensuring data integrity.
- Financial & Payment Processing: Process ACH payments, reconcile contract revenue, handle positive pay files, and prepare financial reports.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing materials, oversee mailings, and assist in maintaining compliance controls.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members in maintaining internal controls and dual verification processes.
