We are seeking a dynamic and communicative individual to join our clients healthcare team as a phone and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear and effective verbal communication. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues, offer solutions, and build strong relationships through active listening and professional verbal interactions. If you are customer service oriented, coachable, have great communication, a problem solver, and enjoy phone conversations this is the position for you.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, clients, or prospects, addressing their needs or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Identify customer issues, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering helpful guidance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, or policies in order to provide accurate and relevant information during calls.
• Use clear, articulate language to communicate with customers, ensuring understanding while maintaining a positive tone.
• Record accurate details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, into the company’s CRM or call-tracking system.
• Ensure that follow-up actions, if necessary, are completed in a timely manner, and keep customers informed about progress on their requests.
• Work with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Provide feedback based on customer insights to help improve service processes or product offerings.
• Conduct daily verbal updates and ensure that representatives are informed of the latest status on customer orders.
• Regularly complete customer surveys to ensure ongoing alignment with company accreditation standards.
