Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient records, medical charts, and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in line with insurance standards.
- Verify that all entries in medical records are accurate, timely, and properly categorized, including diagnoses and treatments.
- Cross-check and validate patient data for consistency between various sources (e.g., medical charts, billing records, lab results) to ensure integrity
- Identify and refer clients to appropriate departments or external services based on their needs.
- Work closely with medical professionals (e.g., physicians, nurses, specialists) to ensure all necessary documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Record accurate details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, into the company’s CRM or call-tracking system.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to the intake process, resolving any issues or directing them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Work with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
