Columbus, GA (Initially onsite and can eventually be hybrid)
Pay Rate:
$30 - $35/hour (based on experience, skills and qualifications)
What you will be doing:
· Assists with category strategy by leveraging spend analytics and supplier research; captures and reports supplier spend, spend under management, and maverick spend
· Expected to update Ariba’s contract management module with fully executed contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Non-disclosure agreements) and other contractually obligating documents while maintaining accuracy
· Assists in the assessment of primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, supplier analysis, and industry best practices
· Responsible for listening to value propositions from potential suppliers and assessing if the proposed solution is a fit for the Company
· Coordinates meetings and discussions with potential suppliers
· Contract management and PO/invoice review in SAP Ariba

Responsibilities
The right candidate will have:
· Procurement background and basic knowledge of sourcing principals, indirect procurement, supplier analysis, RFP and primary and secondary research methods
· Experience end-to-end procurement processes, be comfortable with research, analysis of data, and RFP processing.
· Experience loading contracts into SAP Ariba
· Aptitude for conceptualizing, communicating and selling new concepts while also being able to take an analytic approach to problem solving and strategic development
· Understanding of financial/cost analyses, business case development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and decision modeling
· Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to effectively interact and negotiate with senior management, internal and external customers, and suppliers
Requirements:
· SAP Ariba contract module experience and SAP Fieldglass
· MS Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook
· Experience using Adobe and Adobe eSig (preferred)
