In this role, you’ll manage trade settlement instructions, process Letters of Free Funds (LOFF), research funding availability, and resolve unsettled transactions while providing expert support to financial advisors and client associates.

Responsibilities
•Entering Trade Settlement Instructions received from Merrill Branch Office personnel
•Sending, receiving, and completing Letters of Free Funds (LOFF) utilizing trading information and funding availability
•Approve settlement transactions based on funding/asset availability
•Research availability of funds to complete payment requests
•Help resolve any unsettled or unmatched transactions by communicating with all impacted stakeholders
•Assist team members in other functions as volumes dictate
•Providing assistance with various reporting responsibilities
•Providing subject matter expertise and service to Client Associates/Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers regarding supported processes
