Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, job duties include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast quarterly financials, summarize, and upload budgets.
- Compare actual results to the budget and identify key drivers with team leads, making necessary revisions to forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes, driving consistency and efficiency across multiple teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for financial data, working closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Build and maintain solid relationships across teams to support process improvements and drive collaboration.
- Work to implement automation and other process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or business analysis with a proficiency using financial tools such as Essbase, Business Objects, FinABC, and Budget Tools.
- Previous experience with OpEx or COGS is preferred.
- Experience working within a Business Entity (BE) organization is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
