Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong Excel skills? Join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and help us streamline operations! This temp-to-hire role requires high-volume invoice processing, 3-way matching, and solid proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas). SAP and Concur experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
• Process invoices in the ERP system, making sure to collect supporting documents such as
Purchase Order, receipt or delivery note and approved invoices (3-Way Match)
• Validate, balance and enter invoices
• Due to the nature of the tasks, you will work collaboratively with colleagues on the
Accounts Payable Team as well as others throughout the company
• Ensure documents received are in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Reconcile supplier statement on a monthly basis
• Initiate supplier creation in the ERP system and validate all the required information
• Run reports and produce various analysis
