Responsibilities
As a Supplier Quality Support Specialist, job duties include:
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Supplier Quality Management system to ensure quality and compliance.
- Timely logging and tracking requests from the global audit team related to suppliers.
- Collaborate with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and provide accurate information to support the qualification process of vendors.
- Log Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) and initiate inquiries with relevant SMEs.
- Ensure all activities related to VCNs are completed on time and in compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of quality assurance.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a supplier quality function.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting
- Preferred experience with Trackwise, Veeva, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
