Responsibilities

Support the Controller and Sales Department with a variety of functions and responsibilities with customer service and detail orientation always at the forefront.

• Manage and enter customers' orders 
• Reach out and interact with customers for clarification of orders and detailed information
• Liaise between the sales department and the production floor
• Generate daily reports and audit for accuracy
• Coordinate temporary and temporary-to-hire hiring efforts with staffing agency partners
• Prepare and manage i-9's
• Work with drug testing and background check vendor partners by initiating the needed screening for new hires
• Onboard new employees and share benefits with the new hires
• Initiate and implement employee engagement activities
• Ensure proper recordkeeping of employee's information 
• Audit payroll for accuracy
• Work closely with ADP regarding any issues or special processing
• Receive and resolve payroll inquiries from employees 
• Process and issue w-2 forms
• Greet incoming visitors
• Answer phones 
• Maintain the kitchen by ordering supplies and keeping it in working order
• Order supplies
• Utilize your Microsoft Excel and Word skills 
• Own ad-hoc projects assigned to you by the Controller or Sales Director
