Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee records and data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, notifying management of any potential issues.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS, including status changes, departmental transfers, and terminations.
- Assist in benefits administration, including processing new hires and terminations, tracking changes, and resolving claims.
- Support payroll processes by monitoring employee status changes and ensuring accurate payroll documentation.
- Post job openings to internal and external job boards.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and administer pre-employment assessments.
- Organize and facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completion.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up with supervisors.
- Address employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses.
- Assist in maintaining immigration and visa documentation as needed.
- Schedule candidate interviews and make necessary travel arrangements.
- Maintain organizational charts, personnel records, and safety documentation
