Responsibilities
As a Sr. Sourcing Specialist, job duties include:
- Build and maintain extensive pools of qualified, diverse candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of job requirements and expectations, and work closely with hiring teams to refine candidate profiles.
- Analyze supply vs demand trends, competitor intelligence, and identify the best places to source talent, ensuring a proactive recruitment strategy.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed resume database, and other online platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Consistently promote a positive and engaging company brand to candidates, fostering an appealing employer reputation.
- Use sourcing statistics and hiring metrics to improve recruiting strategies and make data-informed decisions.
- 5 + years of corporate experience in recruitment, with at least 3+ years of working with ATS and internet recruiting platforms.
- Demonstrated understanding of business needs and how recruiting strategies align with organizational goals.
- Skilled in building and maintaining solid relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Ability to offer recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders, coaching them through the recruitment process.
