Schedule: Training: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mandatory) After Training: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Your Role: Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift related to auto insurance Transfer calls when necessary with warm introductions Work within key performance metrics (KPI’s) – call handling time, hold time, and call volume Use multiple computer applications efficiently while assisting customers
What We’re Looking For: ✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ Fast-paced call center experience preferred (but not required) ✔ Insurance experience is a plus! ✔ strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AS400) ✔ Ability to type 40+ WPM ✔ bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred ✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Background & Screening Requirements: Background check (7 years) 9-panel drug test (THC not tested)

Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift related to auto insurance inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Transfer calls when necessary with warm introductions to internal departments
- Work within key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, hold time, and total calls received
- Navigate and work within multiple computer applications simultaneously (up to 4-5 at a time)
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions and data security
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues related to policies, claims, and billing
- Assist customers with policy information, payments, and coverage details
