Are you looking to do part time office work for a building supply company?  Our client in Hooksett, NH is open to someone with minimal work experience as long they have good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. They are also looking for someone with good interpersonal skills that is proficient with computers and has a good phone presence.  Hours:  Part time - 25 hours a week  - 9am - 2pm or 8am - 1pm Monday through Friday Client could also be flexible to 30 hours per week if needed Location:  Hooksett, NH  Position Duration:  Temporary to Hire  Pay rate: $17/hr  Dress Code: Casual dress code: Jeans, Sneakers, Shorts okay too; just need to ensure that it is appropriate business attire; hoodies are okay.  If you are interested in this role and can start ASAP, Please let us know by emailing Georgia at Georgia.Demers@Randstadusa.com or calling her at 603-262-3197

Responsibilities

Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices

Maintaining records of discrepancy calls, product changes

Logging vendor inbound shipping schedules

Confirm and/or processes orders and bills of lading with corresponding information

Prioritizes workload to manage changing priorities

Effectively communicates to all levels within the organization.

Checks staged orders to verify quantity and SKU

Sorts orders into appropriate run

Processes & Files daily, all orders and returns from days deliveries and customer pickups

Filing and organizing documents, maintaining office equipment, and managing supply inventory

Answering phone calls, responding to correspondence, and providing customer service
