Responsibilities
Administrative & Compliance Support:
- Oversee office operations and compliance programs.
- Manage and maintain essential documentation, including specifications, drawings, NDT procedures, MTRs, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with customer, government, and corporate requirements.
- Conduct contract reviews and ensure all agreements meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Oversee the scheduling process and act as the gatekeeper for change requests.
- Communicate production schedules and updates to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors for placing and expediting orders.
- Manage inventory levels to support production needs.
- Work closely with the ERP provider to optimize system functionality.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality Control, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support corporate functions, including pricing, material controls, and accounting.
- Participate in the Product Innovation Forum, ensuring compliance is considered in all new developments.
