In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, offering timely and accurate guidance while collaborating with global and regional HR teams. You’ll also liaise with employee relations, employment law, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of HR matters.

Responsibilities
• Provide high quality advisory support to HR Business Partners/BU Managers and Leaders alike as on routine, cyclical and ad-hoc HR focus areas including but not limited to reasonable accommodations, background escalations, and Tier 2 leave of absences
• Partner with global and regional HR colleagues to support people initiatives
• Provide day to day support for employees and managers on advisory HR matters in a timely and accurate way.
• Facilitates communication and liaise between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, employment law, and other relevant stakeholders
• Liaising with employee relations and employment law as required.
• Ensure requests are tracked appropriately - documents and maintains accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close
• Proactively identify trends and suggest actions to reduce risk, provide proactive guidance that will ultimately improve the employee experience
• Ensure that service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeds expectations by providing high quality support and guidance
