Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, job duties include:
- You will serve as the subject matter expert in your area, providing insights on business operations to enhance order book health efficiency.
- Utilize data visualization tools and interpret reports to highlight risks, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including Planning, Transportation, Account & Channel contacts, and cross-functional internal partners.
- Work with the team to monitor critical performance metrics to improve service, drive business decisions, and ensure clarity and visibility within the supply chain.
- Provide quick response times and exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Customer Service in a global organization.
- Prior experience in Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP or Finance.
- Ability to convey information effectively and with precision.
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills working with a large team, the ability to multitask, and flexibility as responsibilities may shift across teams.
