Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Accurately process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for employees using Paycor, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Timekeeping & Attendance: Manage and review timekeeping records to ensure accurate hours and classifications for employees, including overtime calculations.
• Deductions & Benefits: Process deductions for benefits, retirement plans, garnishments, and other withholdings.
• Tax & Compliance: Ensure proper tax withholdings, filings, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear communication regarding payroll policies.
• Reporting & Auditing: Generate payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with audits as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to payroll procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
