Responsibilities
Coordinate with shipping vendors to secure cost-effective rates and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments. Assist manufacturing staff with proper packing and shipping procedures. Track and document all outgoing shipments using customer portals. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with lead times and required certifications. Receive and log items into QuickBooks, performing inspections as needed. Maintain supplier performance records and calibration documentation. Upload and manage documentation in customer portals.
