We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our textile manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile production processes, quality control, and team management. Responsibilities

Responsibilities and job details are as follows:

1) Learn all aspects and phases of the manufacturing process of how the raw materials transform into a finished product

2) Learn the internal SKU codes for all products.

3) Learn all aspects of picking packing

4) Learn all aspects involving  the shipping processes

5) gain knowledge on all of the equipment and machinery in the factory

6) eventually help develop better systems  and processes to run a more efficient production process

7) maintain and develop safety procedures

8) help maintain inventory levels for components involved in the manufacturing process

9) account for and coordination of incoming receiving shipments

10) work with production manager and management team on ways to help improve company output

Hours are 7:00am to 5:30 pm M-F.   

Annual Salary = $60,000.   We pay on a weekly basis, every Friday.  One weeks vacation and 5 sick days given.   If vacation time is unused in time extra check will be given.
