Responsibilities
The role focuses on working on the Growth & Enablement team and helping businesses (Merchants) succeed with our client’s company by making sure they can offer their full selection of products when they join the platform. The team works on improving features like loyalty programs, performance tracking, invoicing, and onboarding processes to support Merchants and the internal Sales team.
As a Program Manager, you’ll help streamline the Merchant onboarding process by improving the contract management and developing best practices for the New Verticals Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Legal to improve how new businesses sign up and get started on the platform.
- Develop scalable and user-friendly processes that make onboarding smoother for both Merchants and internal teams.
- Identify roadblocks in current processes and work to eliminate them.
- Own and manage the Growth & Enablement Onboarding roadmap, ensuring new improvements are rolled out effectively.
- Create training materials and guides to help teams understand and implement new features.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical teams, making sure solutions work for everyone.
