We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support employees across various departments to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and generate reports for senior management.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
