As a Banking Operations & Client Service Specialist, you’ll process and research account maintenance service requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless client experience. You’ll leverage analytical skills, multitasking abilities, and in-depth research expertise to manage complex situations while maintaining professionalism and adherence to banking policies.

Responsibilities
Role responsibilities include processing/researching account maintenance service requests. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought and proven research ability, as well as have a strong focus on client service. Generally, one year or more experience is preferred but not required.
