This role is ideal for someone with billing experience and an understanding of accounting principles. Experience with Sage accounting software is a plus.  

• Previous billing experience is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Sage is a plus.
• attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

 

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes, including generating and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in reconciling accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in audits.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to the accounting department.
