Randstad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter for a manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to help drive the company’s success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Help develop and communicate a strategic talent pool.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Help facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and coordinating pre-employment assessments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
