Responsibilities

As an Communications Project Manager, job duties include:

• Plan, schedule, facilitate, and organize both small and large team meetings and events (virtual and in-person), often for senior audiences.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with the Business Services Group (BSG) for event planning and execution.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and provide logistical support for events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for event-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Work across a broad group of stakeholders, including scientists, physicians, project managers, senior leaders, and executives, ensuring smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
• Apply proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or similar design software) to create visual assets for presentations and communications.

Skills:

• 5 + years’ experience in project management, operations support, or communications, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries with a familiarity with the drug discovery and development process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint with a proficiency in website design and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders/executives and communicating across diverse audiences.
