Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Register patient information accurately, including demographics and insurance details.
- Process forms and payments, explaining benefits when necessary.
- Escort patients, schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure diagnostic test orders are complete and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Reconcile daily invoices and payments using the Daily Reconciliation Report.
- Maintain confidentiality and participate in ongoing front office training.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
