This position is an on-going contract with an hourly rate. The weekly hours will be part-time.
The Procurement Contracts Attorney will: A) be licensed in a U.S. state. B) Have the ability to review, draft, and negotiate procurement agreements. The ability to negotiate procurement contracts is highly important to this role.
The procurement agreements include technology contracts, publishing houses, service and product contracts. Experience in these areas is preferred, but will consider candidates with procurement experience in other areas.
Position can be fully remote after onboarding in the office a few weeks.
