Responsibilities
- Conduct searches, retrieve and prepare documents, and execute filings or recordings across various jurisdictions.
- Assist internal and external customers, as well as vendors, with order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of WKLS service offerings, jurisdictional requirements, and delivery options to customers, team members, and vendors.
- Make informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements.
- Provide recommendations for improving customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings, and financial performance.
- Evaluate existing processes and propose enhancements to improve service delivery, team efficiency, and overall customer and employee satisfaction.
- Train customers, team members, and vendors on WKLS products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
- Maintain high attention to detail and consistently produce high-quality work.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Share best practices and helpful insights across the team or broader organization.
- Develop expertise in the products and effectively upsell services.
- Gain a strong understanding of mortgage filing jurisdiction requirements after thorough training.
- Provide excellent customer service support.
- Handle process inquiries and incoming order requests, including data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and email communication.
