We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with a deep background in renovation projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery. This role requires a leader who can efficiently manage teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining relationships with clients.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and regulations.
  
  
• Team Management: Lead subcontractors, laborers, and project personnel, ensuring smooth execution. Conduct regular progress meetings to resolve issues and align teams with project goals.
  
  
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within limits. Track expenditures, mitigate cost overruns, and adjust as necessary.
  
  
• Quality & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections to maintain construction quality and enforce safety protocols.
  
  
• Client Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact, keeping clients informed on progress and addressing concerns. Manage expectations and negotiate scope changes when necessary.
  
  
• Scheduling & Deadline Management: Create and manage construction schedules, coordinating deliveries and milestones to keep projects on track.
  
  
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges such as design changes and supply chain disruptions. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
