Are you detail-oriented and ready to ensure smooth operations? We’re looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator in Houston to make sure our vehicles meet all the necessary regulations, from permits to inspections.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage vehicle permits, plates, decals, and renewals
- Ensure vehicle inspections are submitted on time
- Generate reports and assist with audits
- Maintain insurance records and support risk management
- Help field teams with safety and compliance requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations (certifications a plus)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and driver software (TenStreet experience is a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive documents and meet deadlines
- bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Pay: $24/hr
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Handle Vehicle Permits and Documentation: You'll be responsible for ordering and renewing permits, plates, and decals for vehicles like trucks and trailers. This includes things like state and federal permits and special permits for oversized loads.
- Audit and Report: You will regularly review vehicle inspections to make sure everything is up to date. You’ll also generate reports for management on things like vehicle mileage and insurance.
- Support Insurance and Risk Management: Help with the annual insurance audit and make sure vehicles have the right insurance coverage.
- Manage Vehicle Records: Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and insurance, and make sure those are sent to the right people.
- Assist Field Workers: Help field workers understand and comply with safety regulations and rules related to vehicle inspections and permits.
- Help with Billing and Costing: You may be asked to help with cost estimates for different programs, make sure invoices match records, and handle invoice submissions.
