What You’ll Do: Support internal and external HR inquiries and requests, including VOE, reemployment claims, and employee queries. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including reference checks and managing HRIS procedures. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events. Manage the HR Outlook Inbox and assist with organizing HR-related events. Generate HR activity reports and contribute to ad-hoc projects. Handle insurance invoice auditing and payments, workers' compensation claims, and employee leave requests. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices. Process weekly and biweekly payroll. Assist with HR investigations as needed.
What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in HR or a related field (manufacturing experience a plus). ✔️ Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. ✔️ Skills: great organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. ✔️ Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS, payroll processing, labor laws, Quickbooks, and compliance standards. ✔️ Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive work environment.
