What You’ll Do:
- Organize and manage on-site and external events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Build relationships with local hotels, casinos, and tourism groups to promote chocolate and wine tastings.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, guest lists, and vendor coordination.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct post-event analysis to refine future events and enhance guest experiences.
✔ 2+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.
✔ strong networking & relationship-building skills with vendors and local businesses.
✔ Ability to manage multiple events while maintaining attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and event planning software.
✔ Transportation required for travel to event locations and meetings.
