Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders accordingly.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align purchasing strategies with business needs.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Resolve supply chain and vendor issues to prevent disruptions in production or service delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and new suppliers to improve procurement strategies.
