Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, job duties include:
- Manage complex calendars for senior executives, coordinating meetings across time zones and ensuring the efficient scheduling of priorities.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and travel logistics for both individuals and groups.
- Plan and manage global team events, including in-person and virtual meetings, offsite gatherings, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for senior executives and the leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate key projects such as employee engagement initiatives, large internal conferences, and off-site meetings. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
- 8+ years of professional experience in a senior-level administrative or business support role, with a preference for experience in Human Resources or within a biotech or pharmaceuticals environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Project management skills or certification is a plus.
