Responsibilities
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Assist with general office tasks, including documentation, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Shipping & Receiving Documentation: Ensure accuracy in processing shipping/receiving documents, Bills of Lading (BOLs), returns, and inventory tracking.
- Customer & Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, handling inquiries, coordinating shipments, and managing purchasing needs.
- Invoicing & Data Entry: Process invoices, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate data entry into company systems.
- Excel Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze reports related to inventory, purchasing, and operations.
- Operations Support: Step in where needed to assist various departments, ensuring smooth office and production workflow.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance productivity and organization.
