Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of Learning & Development (L&D) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging project management best practices and tools.
• Partner with business leaders and L&D teams to scope, develop, and deliver high-quality blended learning solutions (virtual, eLearning, instructor-led training, webinars, and self-paced materials).
• Utilize project management assets such as charters, schedules, and change requests to maintain tight governance and control.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless learning solution implementation.
• Facilitate virtual team meetings using Adobe Connect, WebEx, and MS Teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in L&D methodologies and project management frameworks.
