Randstad is supporting a bank in Naperville who is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst / Rate Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing rate agreements and related data, primarily received via Excel or PDF formats. Your primary task will be to help ensure smooth data entry into our rate engine by transforming received documents into a standardized template. Responsibilities

• Review rate agreements and other relevant documents received in a shared email inbox.
• Log and track progress of all incoming work using a scorecard to monitor status.
• Support a team of five by assisting with customer-specific data, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Analyze incoming data to determine the best approach for organizing and inputting information.
• Prioritize Excel formats where possible to streamline data manipulation; however, be flexible to handle PDF documents and convert them as needed.
• Work towards completing updates within 3 business days of receipt.
• Perform thorough testing of completed work to ensure the accuracy of the results before submission into the rate engine.
• Collaborate with team members and adjust priorities to meet deadlines as needed.
