We are looking for a Contract to hire AR Accounting analyst to start asap! The role is onsite, Monday - Friday.  ·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ·1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting roles (preferably in a global organization). ·Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ·strong analytical skills with attention to detail. ·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. ·Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

·Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.

·Ensure timely and accurate application of payments to customer accounts.

·Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to AR balances and aging.

·Review customer accounts for discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.

·Monitor and report on aging AR to management, ensuring that outstanding receivables are minimized.

·Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related inquiries.

·Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring AR balances are accurately reported.

·Support the team in ad-hoc accounting and financial analysis tasks.
