Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Digital) to drive alignment
- Lead facilitation efforts, driving consensus and decision-making with incomplete data
- Adapt and re-calibrate plans in dynamic environments to create order from ambiguity
- Utilize strategic frameworks and project management techniques to manage conflicting priorities and dependencies
- Develop and execute integration strategies focused on synergistic outcomes
- Influence without authority, serving as a coach, motivator, and bridge builder
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Gather client and field insights, advocating for best practices, tools, and resources
- Manage cross-functional work streams, track progress via Excel/PowerPoint, and ensure timely task execution
- Create and maintain execution checklists for critical project tasks
- Develop field guides, playbooks, and communication materials to support training and education
- Lead project management efforts, oversee reporting, and coordinate field updates
- Set up feedback channels, track improvements, and drive post-launch enhancements
- Support field enablement via roadshows, office hours, and resource updates
- Oversee remediation processes requiring additional enrollment paperwork, including process documentation, data management in Excel, role coordination, progress tracking, field rep support, and reporting on key milestones
