Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information: Reviewing statements like operating and net worth to determine loan terms, pricing, and size
- Reviewing reports: Checking appraisals, environmental documentation, and engineering reports to ensure compliance with investor requirements
- Preparing reports: Creating reports required by regulatory agencies
- Maintaining procedures: Creating and maintaining written procedures for each investor
- Reviewing servicing agreements: Checking new agreements to ensure they comply with reporting and remitting requirements
- Assisting with audits: Helping with internal and external audit requests
