We are looking for a Training Coordinator who will design, develop, and manage educational programs within an organization to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This position will be responsible for optimizing the existing training for “Introduction to P&L”, building/optimizing the existing training for “Guest Satisfaction”, and creating/optimizing a training for “Advanced P&L”. The ideal candidate will have experience in building digital (e-learning) learning programs, Articulate Rise/Storyline, and take responsibility/ownership for projects.

Responsibilities

This person will be coming to support the creation and optimization of a key strategic learning and development project . They will be joining an established L&D team spread across the US and UK, whilst collaborating with key internal stakeholders (subject matter experts) from different departments across the company to gather and implement key information into the projects.

Consists of 3 ‘digital / e-learning' modules focused on building technical skills aligned to our company strategy, which are detailed below + their progress. The audience for these modules is our community of 450 cinema General Managers globally.

• • Introduction to P&L module – 80% completed
    • The contractor will be required to largely optimize the look and feel of the module (in Articulate Rise)
  • Guest Satisfaction - 50% completed
    • The contractor will be required to complete the build, optimize, modernize the existing 50% (in Articulate Storyline)
  • Advanced P&L – 0% completed
    • The contractor will be required to collaborate with our internal subject matter experts to extract all necessary information and create the full module from scratch.  (in Articulate Storyline)
