What You’ll Do: ✔️ Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries efficiently ✔️ Plan and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency ✔️ Ensure all tasks are completed before assigning new ones ✔️ Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction ✔️ Create and manage work orders while maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Outlook and Excel strong problem-solving and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to read maps and navigate Florida/Georgia areas Team player with a customer-first mindset Experience with simPRO is a plus

Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Answering calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate resources.
- Route Optimization: Determining the most efficient travel methods and patterns for technicians visiting multiple sites.
- Task Verification: Confirming with technicians that tasks are fully completed before approving their next assignments.
- Client Follow-Up: Assessing client satisfaction through follow-up communications.
- Work Order Management: Creating work orders and coordinating operations with field personnel.
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records and entering data as required.
