We are looking for a reliable Administrative Inventory Coordinator to support our waste management operations. This role focuses on managing inventory for equipment, parts, and supplies, ensuring our team can efficiently maintain and service waste management vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00/hr to start
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies used for waste management equipment maintenance
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and parts deliveries
- Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Update inventory records in the system, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to fulfill equipment part requests promptly
- Assist in organizing storage areas to ensure easy access to essential parts and tools
- Support the warehouse team with shipping, receiving, and other tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field, ideally within an industrial or waste management setting
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a work ethic and ability to work independently
