Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, chat, & email
- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the sales team with order entry, follow-ups, and customer account management.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support sales initiatives and promotions by engaging with customers and providing product knowledge.
