As a Marketing Project Manager, job duties include:
- Lead and facilitate agile rituals, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, medical, legal, regulatory, marketing operations, and external agencies.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and transparent team environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Implement and promote agile best practices, tools, and processes to support the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Marketing Project Manager in a Global Pharmaceutical or Biomedical organization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Pod Lead in a marketing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or a similarly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and principles, with a proven track record of building and leading agile teams successfully.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and expectations.
